Morning leave for Kandy, Visit Elephant orphanage at Pinnawela and a Tea Factory En-route – visit the golden roofed Dalada Maligawa (Temple of the sacred Tooth Relic of the Buddha). Shopping for handicrafts, gems and jewelry Many interesting Temples close by Witness the Kandyan dance performance by night

Day2

Early morning proceed to Nuwaraeliya through Ramboda Pass – Beautiful scenery, 6187ft., above sea level – tea carpeted hills. Visit Ramboda water-falls, one of the tallest water falls in Sri Lanka ( 9329 ft.). Visit Hakgala Botanical Gardens. Back to Colombo through Gingathhena. Stop for lunch at Kitulagala old colonial Rest House by the side of White Water Rafting site at Kelani River where famous film “Bridge on the River Kuwai” had been filmed.
